Randy  Cooper

Randy Theodore Cooper, 61, of Canton, GA, entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 13, 2021. The funeral service will be held at 3:00pm on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 in the J. Henry Stuhr West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, Charleston, SC. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Christ-St. Paul's Church in Hollywood, SC. Randy was born in Charleston, South Carolina on June 23, 1960. In 1979, Randy graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School in Charleston. In 1983, he earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. After college, Randy began a life-long career in distribution. In 2004, he became President and Owner of HC Supply & Distribution, LLC. In 1991, Randy married Suzy Williams Cooper. The two shared their lives for twenty-four years and resided in Savannah and Canton, Georgia until her passing in 2015. Randy is survived by his mother and father, Joan Fralix Payne and James Robert Payne, Jr.; brothers, Charles Alan Cooper (Donna) and Russell Williams Cooper (Cindy); sister, Janice Payne Jester (Jay), brother-in-law, treasured friend and business partner Gary S. Williams (Gina), and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Randy was predeceased by his wife, Suzy Williams Cooper and his older brother, Glenn Barry Cooper. Memorial donations may be made in his honor to the Make-A-Wish Georgia. A memorial message may be sent to the family by visiting the J.
