Woodstock Police Department is asking for cleaning and yard supplies to be dropped off at First Baptist Church of Woodstock Wednesday, in support of Convoy of Care's disaster relief efforts in Guyana.

Over 35,000 Guyanese people lost everything during recent floods, according to Caring For Others and Convoy of Care.

Convoy of Care will send several 40-foot shipping containers full of food, water, and cleaning supplies to Guyana.

Woodstock police will accept donations at the church until 7 p.m. Wednesday. The church is located at 11905 Highway 92. Specific needs are cleaning supplies and yard tools and supplies.

Convoy of Care is also accepting donations at Caring for Others, 3537 Browns Mill Road SE, until 7 p.m.
