West Milford Farm is bringing its “Fridays at the Farm” small concerts to its east Cherokee County farm starting this Friday.

The series kicks off Friday with Surrender Hill. The band presents melancholic country music – described by Country Jukebox as “heart-warming, sometimes also bittersweet, but always building soft melodies that are easy to listen to.”

The next concert will be June 4 with country singer-songwriter Carly Burruss performing. Burruss has a whimsical, tongue-in-cheek disposition and a lilting sound that make her stand out, according to the venue.

West Milford Farm is located at 7938 Ball Ground Road near Cumming. Each concert runs from 7-10 p.m.; the venue opens at 6:30 p.m. Ticketholders should bring a comfortable camp chair and their favorite wine or beer. Dominic’s Wood-Fired Pizza supplies dinner with every ticket purchase. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite, from $34 to $48 for lawn or VIP barn seats. Groups of 4+ may reserve a private table.
