This fall, the Rotary Club of Towne Lake is holding a raffle for a gift card at a local gun store and a glow-in-the-dark golf tournament to support its community service projects.

The Sportsman’s Raffle is currently open. Tickets cost $20 apiece and only 200 will be sold. The drawing for a $750 gift card to Hi-Caliber in Holly Springs will be held Nov. 4 during a Rotary Club of Towne Lake meeting. Those interested should contact the Rotary Club of Towne Lake Facebook page or a Towne Lake Rotarian to purchase a ticket. The winner of the raffle will be contacted by phone.

On Friday, Nov. 12, the Towne Lake Rotary Club Foundation will host its 6th Annual Glowball Golf Tournament at Towne Lake Hills Golf Club. Registration for a single golfer costs $125 and a foursome is $400. Registration includes one Glowball, Green/Cart Fees, T-Shirt, Dinner & Dessert. Additional balls are available for purchase the day of the event. There will be a silent auction, as well, and the club is currently seeking gift basket, gift card and other silent auction items as donations. “Rotary does great work in our community to support literacy, the underfed and underserved, and much more. We are hands-on volunteers and like to see the people we help,” said Robin Wright, Rotary Club of Towne Lake president. “Our fundraisers allow us to do more in our community throughout the year.
