Cherokee Recreation & Parks recently announced the opening of fall break camps, starting on Sept. 21 and running through Sept. 25.

The Fall Back into Action Break Camp will take place at the Cherokee County Recreation Center, located at 7545 Main St., Building 200, in Woodstock. Camp runs every day from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is for ages 5 to 12. Camps will consist of in house activities, craft making, talent shows, performing skits and much more. The cost is $150 for the entire week, per child.

Spaces are also available for the Outdoor Camp for ages ranged 8 to 13. Activities in this camp includes hiking, fishing, kayaking, field day, and archery. Camp runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day and will meet behind the Recreation Center at the pavilion. The cost is $150 for the entire week, per child.

Registration is currently open at or through the front desk of The Cherokee County Recreation center.
