The sexual battery case of a Cherokee County man is set to be heard by the Georgia Supreme Court on Tuesday. The 2015 conviction of Kenneth Howard Williams was overturned on appeal by the Georgia Court of Appeals, which ruled that the jury received erroneous instructions from the judge.

District Attorney Shannon Wallace, along with her assistants Zachary Smith and Cliff Head are asking the Supreme Court to overrule the appeals court decision. Williams is being represented by Bernard Brody.
