The Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce is asking for nominations for its annual Top 10 in 10 Young Professionals recognition program.

“The Top 10 in 10 ‘Young Professionals to Watch’ initiative is designed to cultivate and showcase exceptional Cherokee County young professionals,” Chamber President Pam Carnes said.

Coordinated by the Cherokee County Chamber, in partnership with Enjoy! Cherokee Magazine, the recognition program focuses on local residents between the ages of 20-40 who are considered to be Cherokee County’s potential future leaders.

Nominations are sought for people between the ages of 20 and 40 who have displayed exceptional leadership in their profession and in the community, Carnes said. Judging criteria includes professional goals, volunteer/community activities as well as past professional achievements and awards.

Nomination forms are available on the Chamber’s website and emailed to by noon March 23. For more information, call (770) 345-0400.
