Canton law firm Flint, Connolly & Walker is adding attorney Nicholas Flint, who is relocating his corporate and transactional law practice from Atlanta-based Smith, Gambrell & Russell.
Flint is joining the firm founded almost 30 years ago by his father, Douglas Flint.
Nicholas Flint grew up in Cherokee County, and earned a business administration degree, with highest honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2014 and a law degree with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2017.
“Flint represents domestic and international clients on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions, financing and lending arrangements, and debt and equity offerings,” Flint, Connolly & Walker said in a written statement. “Nick has closed over $2.6 billion in transactions in the past three years. In addition to his transactional work, Nick routinely serves as a general business and legal advisor to his clients, counseling on matters such as corporate governance, executive compensation, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts.”
Nicholas Flint is active in many community and business organizations in the Metro Atlanta area, and speaks both Spanish and French.
