The upcoming Adair Park mixed-use development will have an oyster and seafood restaurant later this year, the developer announced.

The restaurant, Roberto’s Deluxe, is under construction.

“We are not supposed to get our keys to it until the end of June, then we have our build-out which could take us 3-6 months,” co-owner Jason Sheetz said in an email.

Roberto’s Deluxe is the latest concept by Succulent Hospitality, which also Prime 120 in Woodstock, and Hammocks Trading Company and Under the Cork Tree in Sandy Springs. Succulent Hospitality is also planning to open Oishii Noodle Bar and Kung Fu Bar at Adair Park in 2022.

Roberto’s Deluxe is named after the group’s “best oyster shucker’ and first employee, according to the website.

The restaurant will serve oysters and shellfish from around the globe, in an up front and center raw bar. It will also have steam kettles serving fish stews and chowders. There will also be hand-crafted cocktails served at the inside bar or at a “party bar” on the deck, according to the Adair Park website.
