Woodstock-based Path & Post Real Estate announced the creation of a new division on Friday called Path & Post Offers, for sellers looking for a quick sale without having to host potential buyers.

Path & Post co-owners Becky Babcock and Brad Nix said the new program would be a better option for those sellers.

“Path & Post will make an offer to buy properties, as well as gather instant offers from multiple national buyers.” Nix said. The seller will benefit from having a simple, one-page report showing a side-by-side comparison of the offers.

In addition to making a Path & Post offer to purchase a home, the brokerage will prepare a full market analysis showing the seller the option of listing and marketing to a wider audience.

“We are excited to offer a local option for sellers who want a trusted adviser to navigate national instant offers, analyzing the fine print to protect the seller’s best interests, while also giving sellers a local instant offer.” Babcock said.

Path & Post already has a property in Cherokee County under contract for the company to purchase, with a closing in two weeks, the company said in a written statement. The seller got a job offer out of state with an immediate start date, and told Babcock and Nix he was able to immediately buy a house in his new city because of having a contract for his Cherokee County house in hand.
