A man was killed before daylight at Eastgate Mobile Home Park, 6310 Bells Ferry Road, Acworth Thursday when winds from Tropical Storm Zeta toppled what was described as "a massive oak tree" onto his residence, Cherokee Sheriff's Office spokesman Capt. Jay Baker said.

The victim was identified Thursday afternoon as 22-year-old Franklin Whyte. Three other adults and a child who also lived there were not hurt, Baker said. The incident occurred at about 5:45 a.m.
