History Cherokee’s newest exhibit, “Life’s a Stitch,” features the generational textile works of Cherokee County residents.
The exhibit opened March 8.
Until May 28, the exhibit will display functional works of art like quilts, lace, crochet and more in the Thomas Byron L. Dobbs gallery. Tools used to create the textiles are also on display.
Museum admission is $9 for adults or $7 for children under age 14. Admission is free for History Cherokee members.
The Cherokee County History Center is located at 212 East Marietta Street in Canton.
