The Cherokee County Farm Bureau returns to Woodstock Farm Fresh Market with free seeds for children on Saturday, May 14.

Children can learn how to plant seeds in pots. This free make-and-take activity is presented annually by Cherokee County Farm Bureau and FFA members from area high schools.

Local farmers and gardeners will be available to answer questions about growing vegetables at home.

The Woodstock Farm Fresh Market is located at 665 Elm Drive in downtown Woodstock. Market hours are 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturdays.

For more information, contact Shirley Pahl at Cherokee County Farm Bureau, 770-479-1481 extension 0.
