Canton Theatre

The Canton Theatre will host "A Christmas Carol" from Nov. 22-24. 

Kudzu Players and the Cherokee Theatre Company presents “A Christmas Carol” starting Nov. 22.

Charles Dickens classic shows Ebenezer Scrooge as he falls asleep in his dingy, cold quarters on Christmas Eve. The old miser is visited by three ghosts, each revealing to Scrooge his wrongdoings and what will happen if he continues his evil ways.

All of Dickens traditional characters are portrayed by six actors.

Performances will be at the Canton Theatre, 171 East Main St. in Canton.

There are only three showings, so make your reservations early. Showings are 8 p.m. Nov. 22-23 and 2:30 p.m. Nov. 24.

Prices are for $20 for adults and $18 for seniors (ages 60 and up,) students and military. Credit cards will be accepted.

Dining will be available nearby and parking is free. The building is wheelchair accessible.
